What you do with LMRA
Templates per type of work
Write templates yourself or let AI suggest a checklist, and assign them to job roles or teams. A recognised employee automatically gets the right template in the app.
Safe answer per question
For each check question you set whether yes or no is the safe answer and whether it is critical. In the app, the chosen answer turns green or red.
Work questions and TRA check
A work question records what work is being done today, linked to a hazard from the same list as the risk assessment. With the TRA module, BrydgeOne checks whether a valid TRA on the project covers that hazard.
Concerns always followed up
By default, an LMRA with a concern automatically becomes an incident report. If you switch that off, the project leader chooses an outcome: fixed on the spot, assign a measure, report as an incident after all, or no action needed.
Target per employee
Set a target per week or month and see on the employees tab who is behind. For each employee you can create a personal PDF report or send a reminder.
Link loose names afterwards
An LMRA submitted via the general link with only a name can be linked to the right employee afterwards, manually or with an AI suggestion that you confirm.
How it works
- 1
Set up a template
Write check questions and work questions, set the safe answer for each, and decide whether project and location are asked.
- 2
Share
The template appears in the employee app automatically. For people without the app, you put the template's QR code up at the workplace.
- 3
Complete the LMRA
The employee goes through two short steps and finishes. The outcome is safe to start, or consult the supervisor first.
- 4
Follow up and give feedback
For a concern you record what was agreed in an internal note and can send feedback, which arrives as a message in the app.
- 5
Monitor progress
The employees tab shows how many LMRAs each employee completed against the target.
In the employee app
The LMRA is ready in the employee app, also offline: it is sent as soon as there is signal again. People without the app complete it via a QR code or link, without login and automatically translated into their own language.
A selection of what AI does in LMRA
AI suggests LMRA checklists, links and feedback, and you review and confirm everything.
You describe the work and AI prepares a checklist, after which you choose which questions to keep.
For an LMRA filled in with a name only, AI proposes the matching employee and you confirm it.
AI drafts the text of the feedback to the employee, which you edit before sending it.
An LMRA with a point of attention becomes an incident report and AI gives it a title based on the deviating check questions and the comment.
This is a selection of the AI capabilities in this module, not everything. AI suggests, you decide. Nothing is applied without your approval.
Where it helps you
BrydgeOne contains no text of the standards. Here you see which topics from standards and legislation this module helps you with.
Works together with
Every module works on its own. Switch on more and they fill each other in automatically.

Questions about LMRA
Does every LMRA need follow-up?
No, only LMRAs with a concern. Safe LMRAs simply count towards the statistics and the target.
Does the LMRA work without signal?
Yes, in the employee app. The LMRA is sent as soon as there is a connection again.
What if nobody picks up a concern?
If automatic incidents are switched off, the project leaders get one reminder after the set period, 24 hours by default, and the LMRA is marked as overdue. It can only be closed with a chosen outcome, so you can always see what was done.
Does no on a work question count as a deviation?
No. A work question has no right or wrong answer. It only records what work is being done, so BrydgeOne can check whether a TRA covers it.
Start with just LMRA and expand when you want
You do not have to set up everything at once. Switch this module on, add other modules later and keep using the same data and the same app. BrydgeOne fits every organisation, from a small company to enterprise, and you only pay for what you switch on, from € 49 per month.
See LMRA in your own situation
You only pay for the modules you switch on, from € 49 per month. In a demo we show how it works with your own processes.
