What you do with Project logbook
A note in four steps
New note opens a short wizard: project and moment, the daily note, the daily report and photos. You can dictate the note, and the AI writing assistant turns your keywords into clean text.
Weather recorded automatically
That day's weather is fetched for the date and project location and stored with the note. It cannot be edited afterwards, which is exactly what makes it usable as evidence, for example for weather delays.
Daily report with staffing
If your organization asks for it, you record staffing, hours worked, equipment, visitors and delays with each note.
Sign off the day
By default you close every note with your signature, so the day is on record as soon as you save it and the note is locked. An administrator can switch day sign-off off. A manager can reopen a note, and every change is logged.
Escalate to an incident
One click turns a note into an incident report with the same text, photos and location. The link stays visible on the note.
Summary and weekly report
Under the project name, In short shows an AI summary that updates with every new note. Export creates a weekly report for the client or a period printout for your own records.

Choose the project
Pick the project and the date. The location and that day's weather appear automatically; sharing your own location is optional.

Record the day
Write or dictate the daily note and any particulars, complete the daily report if needed and add photos.

Sign off the day
Close the day with your signature, unless your organization has switched day sign-off off. After that the note is locked; until you save, you can still change everything.

Report
Export a weekly report for the client or a period printout for an audit or claim, in the language you choose.
In the employee app
Employees on site write notes from the Project logbook tile in the employee app or via the public logbook link without logging in, with photos, dictation and a signature to close the day (required by default).

Questions about Project logbook
Can the weather be changed afterwards?
No. The weather is recorded automatically and objectively for the date and the project location. If you move a note to another date, the weather for the new day is fetched.
Can several people write in the same project logbook?
Yes. Each writer creates their own notes under the project, with their name on each one. Your organization can decide that only team members or project managers of a project may write.
Does everyone who writes need an account?
No. The public logbook link lets you write a note without logging in. In the employee app your name is already filled in.
Can I see reports made close to a project?
Yes. The project card suggests incidents, LMRAs and inspections with GPS within 500 meters of the project that are not yet linked to any project. Nothing is linked automatically: you choose whether to link it or dismiss it.
