You send an email
A short motivation with your CV or LinkedIn profile is enough.

Introduction
A half-hour conversation, at the office or on Teams. About you, about us and about the role.

Deep dive
A second conversation with the team. For development roles we look at real code together, no take-home assignment.

Offer
If it clicks, you get an offer within the role's salary range.
We respond to every application, usually within a week.
Do I need to know about QHSE?
No. You'll learn the field from us and from our customers. If you already know it, that's a bonus.
Can I work part-time?
Yes, from 32 hours a week. Salary and days off are then pro rata.
Do I work at the office or from home?
Both. Our office is on Daltonlaan in Utrecht. We agree together when you're there, for example for team meetings or customer visits.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
For sales and marketing, yes, since most of our customers are Dutch. For development, English is fine.
