What you do with Standards framework
One register, several frameworks
Controls are grouped by domain and topic. If a control belongs to both ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, both frameworks show the same control, with the same owner, assessment, evidence, gaps and actions.
Readiness per framework
Choose between the integrated register and a single framework. The panel shows control level, evidence coverage, open gaps and open actions; readiness is explicitly not a statement about certification.
Criteria measured automatically
BrydgeOne measures the assessment criteria in your own platform data wherever it can. Once every criterion has a verdict, you adopt the resulting advice as the status in one click.
Evidence found and linked
You see what BrydgeOne found in your modules itself, and you can add a document, module, action, file or link as evidence. Controlled always requires evidence; not applicable requires a reason.
Follow up gaps with actions
Record concrete shortcomings in control or evidence as gaps and follow them up with actions from Actions. An audit finding automatically becomes a gap.
Owners, review cycle, AI advice
Assign an owner per domain in one go and let BrydgeOne schedule the next assessment, usually after 12 months. The AI assessment is advisory: if you choose a different status, you record why.
How it works
- 1
Confirm the framework
Standards are activated for you centrally. You first confirm that your organization holds the standard, because the official standard text is not in the platform.
- 2
Assign owners
Choose a role or person per domain, and every control without an owner in that domain gets it in one go.
- 3
Assess control by control
Start with the control the next-step prompt points to, assess the criteria and adopt the advice. Save and move straight on to the next one to work through the register in one go.
- 4
Keep evidence and gaps current
Link evidence, record gaps and assign actions. The history tab keeps every assessment, with who, when and why.
- 5
Reassess on schedule
The next assessment is scheduled and the reminder arrives automatically, so the register stays current.
A selection of what AI does in Standards framework
In the standards framework, AI suggests what can serve as implementation or evidence and estimates maturity; you check and decide.
Based on your platform data, AI suggests what can serve as implementation or evidence for a clause.
The scan gives an estimate of maturity per theme for a standard. Always check it before you use it.
A control point shows an advisory AI assessment; confirming adopts the status, and if you choose differently you record why.
In the gap analysis, AI pre-fills each requirement based on your platform data, and you adjust it.
This is a selection of the AI capabilities in this module, not everything. AI suggests, you decide. Nothing is applied without your approval.
Where it helps you
BrydgeOne contains no text of the standards. Here you see which topics from standards and legislation this module helps you with.
The ISO 9001 framework shows the controls BrydgeOne has mapped to that standard, with its own readiness, evidence coverage and open gaps.
Controls that also apply to quality or safety are assessed once and count towards ISO 14001 readiness.
Criteria labelled as extra for ISO 45001 belong to that framework only, and a gap on them counts only there.
Standards without controls, such as ISO 27001, use the clause view, with status, maturity, owner and evidence per clause.

Questions about Standards framework
Is the text of the standard in the platform?
No. We work with our own framework, the BrydgeOne Control Framework (BOCF), and it contains no text of the standards. Standards are selections from that framework. That is why you first confirm that your organization holds the standard when a new framework is added.
Does a high readiness mean we are ready for certification?
No. Readiness is not a statement about certification, and a lot of evidence does not automatically mean high readiness. Controlled counts as 1, partly controlled as 0.5, and not applicable is left out.
Does it work for standards other than ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001?
Yes. Standards without controls, such as ISO 27001, VCA or a custom framework, use the clause view, with status, maturity, owner and evidence per clause, plus the overlap with other standards.
What happens when a standard is revised?
BrydgeOne manages the standard packages centrally and nothing changes automatically. In the clause view you choose per clause what to adopt, optionally through Management of Change; your status, evidence and notes stay in place.
Start with just Standards framework and expand when you want
You do not have to set up everything at once. Switch this module on, add other modules later and keep using the same data and the same app. BrydgeOne fits every organisation, from a small company to enterprise, and you only pay for what you switch on, from € 49 per month.
