What you do with Intranet
Publish, schedule or draft
A three-step wizard with a live preview. Publish right away, pick a publication time or save the post as a draft, optionally with an expiry date.
Channels per audience
Create a channel for a group such as Assembly or Office. You pick the members yourself or let them follow a team or job role on the employee record automatically.
Polls and surveys
Add multiple choice or open questions, with anonymous answers and a closing date if you like. Open answers can be summarized with AI.
Read confirmation
Ask employees to confirm that they have read and understood a post, and see for each post how many have done so.
Reach and reminders
The Reach tab shows the read rate per post. Anyone who has not read it yet gets a push notification when you send a reminder.
Translated for everyone
The title and text appear in the app in each employee's language. Comments and names are not translated.
How it works

Set up channels
Create channels for your audiences on the Channels tab, or simply use the general channel for everyone.

Write the post
Click New post, enter a title and text, choose the channel and add images, attachments or a poll if you want.

Publish
Choose now, scheduled or draft, and switch on pinning, comments or read confirmation as needed.

Follow responses
Employees respond with an emoji or a comment. You follow poll results live in the portal.

Check reach
See on the Reach tab who has not read the post yet and send a reminder.
In the employee app
Employees open the intranet through the Intranet tile in the employee app, with filter chips for the channels they belong to, and confirm posts with a single tap. They can like, comment and vote once they have shared their own name in the app settings.

AI summarises the open answers of a poll for you, and you decide what to do with them.
For a poll with open questions, AI summarises the answers, which is useful for consultation and participation.

Who can publish posts?
Anyone whose role allows them to manage the intranet. Employees read and respond.
Does a post reach people without a platform login?
Yes. The employee app shows the intranet feed to all linked employees.
Can I show a post to one team only?
Yes. Post it in a channel with only that group as members, for example a channel that automatically includes everyone in a team.
An important post has not been read by everyone. What now?
Open the Reach tab, click the post and send a reminder. Everyone who has not read it gets a push notification.
