What you do with Environmental reports
Ten environmental categories
Choose the environmental category for each report, from leak or spill and soil risk to permit deviation, energy or water deviation and neighbourhood complaint. Filter the overview by type and severity.
Public reporting point
Share the link or QR code with neighbours or the municipality. Complaints arrive without a login, in your house style and in several languages, with or without contact details.
Suggested title and severity
The wizard only asks what happened. AI derives the title and severity from the description and marks them, so you can check and adjust them.
Measures with an owner
On the Measures tab you record how you restore the situation and prevent it from happening again. Every measure also appears straight away in Actions.
CAPA for recurring problems
Turn a structural problem into a CAPA, with its own tab for cause analysis, root cause and effectiveness check.
Check before closing
The check tab verifies that the report is complete before you close it. If no measure is needed, you record that with a fixed reason and an explanation.
How it works
- 1
Report
An employee reports through the Environmental report tile in the employee app, a neighbour through the public reporting point, or you create a report yourself with New report in three steps.
- 2
Assess
The handler checks the title and severity and moves the report through the workflow on the status timeline.
- 3
Record measures
Under Measures you record corrective and preventive steps; you adopt AI suggestions with the plus button. For a recurring problem you set up a CAPA.
- 4
Update compliance
If it concerns a permit deviation, you record a new assessment yourself for the obligation under Compliance.
- 5
Close
On the check tab you see what is still missing and close the report.
In the employee app
Employees report through the Environmental report tile in the employee app, by dictating or typing, even without a signal: the report is sent automatically once there is a connection again. Neighbours and the municipality use the public reporting point, without a login and anonymously if they prefer.
A selection of what AI does in Environmental reports
AI derives the title and severity of an environmental report and proposes actions, and you review and adjust.
The wizard does not ask for a title or severity, because AI derives them from the description and shows them with an AI badge so you can change them.
You accept AI proposals under Measures with the plus icon, after which they also appear in Actions.
On the AI tab you ask questions about your environmental data and get answers from your own register.
This is a selection of the AI capabilities in this module, not everything. AI suggests, you decide. Nothing is applied without your approval.

Questions about Environmental reports
When is something an environmental report and when is it an incident?
Injuries or unsafe situations for people belong in Incidents. Impact on soil, water, air, waste, noise or permits is an environmental report. If in doubt, just report it; the handler picks the right track.
Can neighbours complain anonymously?
Yes. The public reporting point works without a login and accepts reports with or without contact details.
Do my own employees need the public link?
No. The employee app has its own Environmental report tile, with the same report types and an offline queue. The public reporting point is mainly for the neighbourhood.
Does a permit deviation automatically update the compliance register?
No. You record a new assessment for the obligation under Compliance yourself, with the result Not compliant. That assessment determines the compliance status.
