Your own checklists
Build a checklist under Templates with check items, as multiple choice or open answers. Per item you can require a photo or comment and show a question only after a specific earlier answer.
Suggested checklists
With AI generate you describe what the round should cover. AI suggests questions, categories and explanations, which you then adjust yourself.
One-off or recurring
Schedule a round on a set date or let it repeat at a chosen frequency. Recurring rounds are listed under recurring checks, where you can pause or remove them.
App or browser
A colleague carries out the round in the employee app, an external party via a shared link without logging in. Without a signal, the round is stored on the device and sent later.
Deviations become reports
When you complete an environmental round, every failed question becomes an environmental report by default. A measure entered with the question goes into Actions with an owner and deadline.
Report and evidence
Once completed, you create an inspection report as a PDF. If you work with a standards framework, you link the round as evidence to standard clauses.

Build the checklist
Set up the checklist for your waste round or storage check under Templates.

Schedule
With Schedule inspection you pick the template, optionally an object, one-off or recurring, and who carries out the round. Scheduled rounds appear in the calendar.

Carry out the round
The inspector goes through every check item, adds a comment or photo for each deviation and signs off.

Follow up findings
Failed items become environmental reports on completion; measures become actions with an owner and deadline in Actions.

Complete
You can only complete the inspection once all conditions are met. After that it is read-only and you create the report as a PDF.
In the employee app
A scheduled round appears under My tasks in the employee app for the assigned colleague, and employees can also pick a template and start a round themselves. External parties carry out the round via a shared link in the browser, without an account and including a signature.

How do environmental inspections relate to workplace inspections?
Environmental rounds use the same inspection features. You build the checklists and schedule the rounds in Workplace inspections, on the Templates tab; carrying them out, findings and reports work the same way.
Can I switch off the automatic environmental report?
Yes. With the setting off, the deviation stays on the inspection only. A measure entered with the question still becomes an action in Actions.
Where do I schedule recurring checks for my obligations?
In Workplace inspections, on the Templates tab. Not every obligation calls for an inspection, so you schedule the checks separately from the compliance register.
Can an external party carry out a round without an account?
Yes. Schedule the inspection for an external party via a link; they fill in everything in the browser, including the signature.
