Questions about this sector
Can I instruct drivers before they enter the site?
Yes. With Gate instruction you invite drivers, suppliers and visitors with a personal link for their details, induction, test and certificates. Reception sees who is on site and whether they were cleared to come.
How do I report an incident or damage on site?
Reports come in through the platform, the employee app or a public reporting point with a link or QR code, anonymously if preferred. You investigate the cause, assign measures and the reporter receives status updates automatically.
How do I keep track of who has which training and certificates?
The Training module holds the register of completed training, with assignments and deadlines. Certificate management tracks the validity of personal certificates such as in-house emergency response and forklift, with automatic expiry alerts.
Can I keep vehicles and machinery in the system?
Yes. In Objects you record machinery, buildings and vehicles, among others: where they are, who manages and uses them, and when they are due for inspection or maintenance. Each object has its own file with its inspections and maintenance, and with the incidents, inspections and actions linked to it.
