Engineers working safely, at every customer and on every project

Engineers work at a different location every day, often with extra risks such as working at height or on installations under voltage. BrydgeOne brings together the LMRA, task risk analysis and work permits with the management of VCA certificates, measuring equipment and hazardous substances, plus toolbox talks and the project logbook.

Start small

How to go about it

  1. 1

    Start with one module

Choose the module that helps you most right now and switch on only that one.

  2. 2

    Record what you already do

You work in the platform and in the employee app. What you record can be linked as evidence to the requirements in the standards framework.

  3. 3

    Add modules

Later you switch on other modules. They work together and use the same data and the same app.

  4. 4

    Follow up findings

Findings get a measure, owner and deadline in Actions.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this sector

How do I record an LMRA before an engineer starts work?

The engineer runs a short risk check with yes/no questions just before the job, in the employee app or via a QR code or link. If an answer deviates, the outcome is to consult first and follow-up starts. You set up your own templates per type of work, job role or team.

Can I keep track of when VCA certificates and other certificates expire?

Yes. Certificate management is one register for everything with an expiry date, such as VCA, in-house emergency response and inspections. Automatic expiry alerts show administrators and the employee in good time what needs renewing. For each job role you define which certificates are mandatory.

How do I work with permits to work for work at height?

A request is not yet permission: work may only start after release by someone with the right to issue permits, within the validity and conditions of that release. Permit to work supports hot work, confined spaces and work at height, among others, with checks up front and a linked TRA.

Can I keep track of the calibration of our measuring equipment?

Yes. The calibration register tracks your measuring and monitoring equipment with the full calibration history per instrument. BrydgeOne calculates when the next calibration is due and warns you in time. A failed calibration creates a CAPA automatically.

You only pay for the modules you switch on, from € 49 per month. In a demo we show how it works with your own processes.
