What you'll do
- You build FastAPI endpoints for modules such as incidents, inspections, work permits and audits.
- You design data models and migrations with SQLAlchemy and Alembic, with strict separation between customers.
- You work on the AI features: from gap analysis to reports that write themselves.
- You build background jobs and integrations: email, PDF reports, import and export.
What you bring
- A few years of experience with Python in production, ideally with FastAPI or Django.
- Solid SQL skills and a feel for data modelling.
- You write tests without anyone asking.
- You think about the product, not just the task in front of you.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with language models (LLMs) in a product.
- Knowledge of security and privacy, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
